General Laborer; afternoon shifts

Overview

Peninsula Powder Coating seeks full-time General Laborers to join their team in Baraga, Michigan
. Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred, but not required. We will train someone motivated to learn.

• $15.00 - $20.00 per hour starting pay based on experience.
• Overtime available on all shifts.
• Company provides a monthly stipend to put towards health insurance, if needed.

• Day shift: 7am - 3:30pm (Monday – Friday)
• Afternoon shift: 3:30pm – 2am (Monday – Thursday)

• Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred, but not required. We will train someone motivated to learn who has an excellent work ethic.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail. Must be mechanically inclined.
• Ability to clean and sort parts, organize, and clean the production floor.
• Ability to assemble packaging for outbound shipments (crates, pallets, boxes).
• Follow safe work practices at all times by using proper lifting techniques, wearing appropriate protective footwear, and helping maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Willingness to assist other production areas when needed.
• You are energetic, reliable, and work well individually and as a team member.
• You work well under time constraints and can ensure deadlines are met.
