Our production brewery and brewpub are looking for a Brewer to join the team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys expressing themselves through beer and desires to build their brewing skills within a community of dynamic, growing businesses. You'll be at the epicenter of our emerging concepts, empowered to use your craft to help manage brewing production processes safely and efficiently.

• Passionate about beer and fermentation, with an insatiable desire to learn
• Team player, optimistic, empathetic, can work through conflict constructively
• Able to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, and occasionally lift heavy objects

• Support the Production Manager in start-to-finish brewing methods, with consistent execution and flawless attention to detail
• Be a communication channel to the brewers, brewpub staff, and production team to facilitate seamless production while bringing fresh ideas and techniques to the brewing conversation
• "Mise en place" it up! Strive to set-up and maintain an clean, organized workspace in a fast-paced environment while having the utmost focus on quality control and assurance for every process and product

• At least two year of brewing experience
• Ability to lift 55lbs from a squatted position regularly
