Location: Ann Arbor, MI
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Pay: $17.50/hour
Role Overview
The Clean Room Assembler performs a variety of tasks under direct supervision, ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly on holographic optical components. Work is performed under the guidance of the department leader and engineering staff.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Complete assignments that require moderate judgment and problem-solving.
- Learn and apply job skills, company policies, and procedures to complete tasks.
- Follow predetermined methods, sequences, and setups to perform processes accurately; identify and communicate deviations.
- Use and learn software tools relevant to the role.
- Adapt to changes in schedule and/or job assignments as needed.
- Follow work instructions and processes precisely.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Cooperation: Work effectively with coworkers.
- Customer Service Orientation: Provide a positive experience when interacting with customers and resolve issues professionally.
- Dependability: Understand and follow basic rules, policies, and procedures.
- Attention to Detail: Monitor the quality of work using organizational skills.
- Professionalism: Stay calm under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Time Management & Multitasking: Manage time wisely when handling multiple responsibilities.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
