Prepare product for shipment according to guidelines including cleaning, inspecting, assembling, decorating and stacking;
Read and understand product documents and quality objectives;
Clean, trim and assemble components using hand tools;
Maintain a continuous repeat cycle of production/packaging to avoid buildup of parts at the workstation;
Train other employees and new hires; assist other departments as needed
