Our client, Chelsea Milling Company - JIFFY Mix, is seeking a Production & Warehouse Associates to join their team. As a Production & Warehouse Associates, you will be part of the manufacturing and logistics department supporting packaging, mixing, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have reliability, teamwork skills, and a strong work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $18.00 per hour + shift premium

** Shift:
** Multiple shifts available: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

** What's the Job?*
* ** Packaging*
* + Package finished products according to company standards and production requirements.

+ Monitor product quality and packaging accuracy.

+ Stack, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.

** Mixing*
* + Follow production formulas and work instructions to prepare product batches.

+ Load ingredients into mixing equipment.

+ Monitor mixing processes and report any quality or equipment concerns.

+ Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.

** Warehouse*
* ** Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.*
* + Move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.

+ Load and unload trucks as needed.

+ Assist with inventory organization and warehouse housekeeping.

** What's Needed?*
* + High School Diploma or GED required.

+ Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or forklift experience preferred.

+ Forklift experience is required for Warehouse assignments.

+ Ability to work any of the available shifts.

+ Strong attendance, punctuality, and teamwork skills.
