Job Description

Qualification:

1. Set up and program jobs, to produce parts per manufactures specifications.

2. To ensure part accuracy through the manufacturing process.

3. Interpret technical and engineered detailed drawings.

4. Produce consistence parts with tolerances of .0005-.002 thousand.

5. Able to use bore gages, mics, thread gages, comparators, and other related tool room equipment.

6. Must have two to five experience on Mazak lathes 100, 250, 300 and 400 series lathes

7. Must be familiar with various tool steels, alum, plastics, stainless and bronze.

Programming, using Mazarol software, Matrix Nexus smart software. We are willing to train the right person as well.
