This position supports reliable production through continuous improvement of assembly processes for bioanalytical instruments, connecting Production, Quality, and R&D in a fast-evolving life science environment. Growwith us – Your Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve the assembly process for bioanalytical instruments to achieve stable, repeatable, and high-quality output
- Troubleshoot production issues on the line and drive structured root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Define and maintain assembly standards, work instructions, and critical process parameters (CTQs)
- Act as the interface between Production, Quality, and R&D to translate product design into scalable manufacturing processes
- Support product changes and new product introductions (NPI) to ensure smooth integration into assembly operations
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
- At least 2 years of manufacturing experience in several of the following areas: electrical, mechanical, laser, fluidics, computer systems, or light industrial environments
- Understanding and application of ISO 9000 or other quality systems
- Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities
- Experience in structured problem-solving approaches
- Proficiency with Windows-based software and basic knowledge of analytical software packages
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing techniques
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
