USG is seeking a capable Paper Machine Supervisor to oversee Wet End, Dry End and ancillary systems at the Otsego mill. You will lead operators, develop training, and optimize systems using DCS/Ignition and PLCs, ensuring reliability and safety across processes.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will drive capital projects, coordinate RPM and maintenance, and mentor staff to sustain high performance and unit efficiency.
