Assembly Operator

Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking an Assembly Operator for a client in the Professional, Scientific & Technical Services industry. In this role, you will assemble mechanical and/or electronic components using hand and power tools, follow detailed work instructions and blueprints, and perform basic quality checks. You will inspect parts, document production results, and report issues to supervisors. The position requires strong attention to detail, ability to meet production targets, and safe operation of equipment.

You'll work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment and help maintain a clean, organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and/or electronic components per work instructions and blueprints
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Perform visual and dimensional quality inspections on assembled parts
• Document production counts, defects, and test results accurately
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
• Report equipment malfunctions and quality issues to supervisors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
