Assembly​/Machine Operator

Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking Assembly/Machine Operators for all shifts for a client in the Professional, Scientific & Technical Services industry. In this role, you will operate production machinery, perform basic assembly, load/unload parts, and complete quality checks to meet production goals. Responsibilities include reading work instructions, using basic hand tools and gauges, following safety procedures, and maintaining a clean work area.

Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 lbs. Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate production and assembly machinery safely and efficiently
• Perform basic mechanical assembly and part loading/unloading
• Read and follow work instructions, job travelers, and production schedules
• Inspect parts and perform basic quality checks using gauges or measuring tools
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Report equipment issues or defects to supervisors promptly
• Meet daily production, accuracy, and quality targets
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies
