Heidtman Tubular Products, a Heidtman Steel company, is seeking a 3rd shift Production Supervisor for our Erie, MI tube mill. This hands-on leadership role oversees daily operations, safety, quality, and continuous improvement while coordinating with maintenance, quality, and management teams.
Training for this position will occur during 1st shift hours. The supervisor will lead production schedules, staffing, and changeovers, and must develop employees on the shop floor to meet production goals
