About Us

At Pietruck Therapy Services (PTS), we’re more than just a team, we're a community of dedicated mental health professionals. Located in Ann Arbor and Saline, our collaborative group consists of 20 psychotherapists, clinical interns, care coordinators, and assistants. Position Overview

The Marketing & Social Media Coordinator will assist with content creation, social media management, community outreach initiatives, and brand consistency across platforms. This role is ideal for someone interested in marketing, communications, psychology, social work, business, or digital media
, who enjoys blending creativity with structure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and schedule content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In)
  • Support brand consistency across marketing material and website updates
  • Draft captions, short-form copy, and basic graphics
  • Help track engagement, analytics, and content performance
  • Support community outreach efforts, partnerships, and local marketing initiatives
  • Assist with special projects (events, hiring posts, announcements, updating referral lists, updates to organizational chart)
Desired Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program related to:
  • Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Creative eye and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using tools such as Canva, Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, and Google Workspace
  • Reliable, organized, and able to manage deadlines independently
  • Interest in mental health, wellness, or community-based work is a strong plus
Time Commitment & Structure
  • Part-time: approximately 3-5 hours per week
  • Flexible scheduling with a mix of remote and occasional in-office work
  • Internship positions can be customized to meet academic requirements
