** Requirements
* ** Master’s degree or higher as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
* Current state licensure and DEA certification
* Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in urology, surgical, or outpatient care preferred
* Strong clinical assessment and procedural skills relevant to urology
* Excellent communication and patient education abilities
* Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and support teams
** Duties & Responsibilities
** A typical day may include:
* Conducting patient history and physical exams in both office and procedural settings
* Assisting with urologic surgeries and procedures
* Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and imaging studies
* Developing and implementing individualized patient treatment plans
* Providing patient education on urologic conditions, treatment options, and post-procedure care
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
* 7 days of after-hours Call Center patient calls coverage per month
* Monitoring assigned surgeon clinical results
* Patient message responses in tandem with the clinical staff team
