Registered Nurse

Job Description

We are seeking Registered Nurses to join our amazing team! Openings may be in ED, OR, OB/Labor and Delivery, Medical Surgical, Critical Care, Behavioral Health, and Skilled Nursing.

• Our hospital RNs mostly work 12‑hour shifts, 36 hours per week, including every other or every third weekend. We employ contingent (PRN) nurses as well.
• Surgery shifts are Monday‑Friday plus call.
• Hourly rate is determined by experience.
• 2nd shift premium is $2.00/hr, 3rd shift premium is $3.05/hr, weekend premium is $2.00/hr, Skilled Nursing Facility premium is $3.40/hr.

• Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients.
• Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans.
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior.
• Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care.
• Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities.
• Maintain accurate patient medical records.
• Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members.

• ADN or BSN and Michigan RN license (may be able to work as a graduate nurse while obtaining your MI endorsement which is a quick process).
• Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with medical software and equipment.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
