Our Registered Nurses are a part of our skilled nursing team that provides specialized care to patients in a variety of areas including orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology and dermatology. You will be empowered to assess the needs and implement care as you deem necessary utilizing the latest in technology and being a part of a strong interdisciplinary team.

You will earn: up to $48.40 per hour PLUS $12,000 Sign On Bonus - NEW WAGES!!

• Starting wages $36.00 - $40.00 per hour based on years of certification
• Plus $3.40 per hour hero pay
• Plus $5.00 per hour shift premium for 7:00 PM–7:00 AM shifts
• Plus $12,000 sign‑on bonus, paid out monthly

• Full‑time or part‑time – all shifts include rotating weekends & holidays
• Nights available – 12‑hour shifts

• Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications to patients as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiological and psychosocial well‑being of patients.
• Oversee the nurse aide team, giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, their families, and visitors. Through kind words and encouragement, promote a positive, healthy environment in which to heal and thrive.

• A current license to practice as an RN registered nurse in Michigan; current CPR‑BLS certification.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or higher.
• High level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well‑being.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care.
• Team player dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.

Nursing skills: CPR certification, RN registered nurse license, long‑term care, skilled nursing, problem management, communication skills, adaptability, critical thinking, empathy, attention to detail, accountability.
