The Lieutenant Colonel (LTC) Charles S. Kettles VA Medical Center is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN)-Assistant Nurse Manager overseeing the 5 East Inpatient Medical/Surgical Unit, aligned under Patient Care Services. In collaboration with the Nurse Manager, the Assistant Nurse Manager will function as a supervisor and assume accountability for the unit's operational function. This includes managing staff scheduling, unit coverage, and support to the Nurse Manager.
DutiesThe Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) supports the Nurse Manager (NM) with supervisory duties and responsibility and accountability for the 24/7 operations of their designated units.
