Registered Nurse RN; Brighton, MI

Our Registered Nurses provide specialized care to patients in orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology. You will assess patient needs and implement care utilizing the latest technology and work as part of a strong interdisciplinary team.

• Starting wages: $34.15 per hour. Night shift premium: $4.00 per hour. Hero Pay: $3.40 per hour (total $41.55 for nights).

• 12‑hour shifts with rotating weekends and holidays.
• Day shift: 7:00 am–7:00 pm (part‑time available).
• Night shift: 7:00 pm–7:00 am (full‑time and part‑time available).

• Perform treatments such as wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed and advise patients and families about medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• Provide preventative and supportive care to promote the physiological and psychosocial well‑being of patients.
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team, directing assignments, offering training, and participating in recognition and evaluations.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.

• Current RN license in Michigan and CPR‑BLS certification.
• Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or higher degree.
• Strong analytical abilities to develop personalized care plans and solve complex care issues.
• Excellent customer service skills and commitment to delivering innovative, passionate care.
• Team player dedicated to supporting teammates and ensuring patient care quality.

Facility: 2200 Dorr Road, Howell, MI 48843. Work within a 15‑mile area serving communities such as Whitmore Lake, South Lyon, Howell, Milford, Pinckney, Wixom, Dexter, Hamburg, and others.
