RN House Supervisor - Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care as part of a collaborative nursing team
• Record and evaluate staffing patterns for all inpatient nursing units each shift
• Assist in development and/or implementation of performance improvement programs and services
• Collaborate with nursing staff at all levels, interdisciplinary teams, and other stakeholders.
• Evaluate need for immediate intervention in family crisis situations and Medical Social Work involvement when available.

• Licensed RN in the State of Michigan
• BSN required
• 5 years experience in an acute care setting required
• MSN preferred
• Previous leadership experience preferred

• Position is eligible for a $10,000 sign‑on bonus with 2‑year employment commitment; terms and conditions apply.
• Vaccination policy:
  Employees must be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella, and receive a flu vaccine annually unless exempt.
