Pay: $ per hour based upon licensed nursing experience + applicable shift premiums (when working afternoons, overnights and weekends)

• We are currently hiring ICU Float RNs; ICU experience required
• Will Float to PCU

The Registered Nurse provides quality patient-centered care considering age-specific, developmental, cultural and spiritual needs through competent clinical practice and application of the nursing process. They consistently integrate concepts of relationship-based care into practice and serve as a clinical and educational resource to others on the unit.

The Nursing Resource Pool offers increased flexibility in scheduling, while allowing you to float only at our Ann Arbor hospital. This pool provides focused orientation and training about equipment, processes, and procedures, contributing to manageable patient ratios. Float Pool colleagues are treated as valued team members at Trinity Health Michigan.

Day or Night shift

Full time or part time (benefit eligible) – 48 or 72 hours per pay period (every two weeks)

Minimum requirement of working 32 hours on the weekend within a 4 week schedule

• Requires current Michigan Nursing License
• Graduation from accredited nursing program
• One year of recent nursing experience working in a hospital with similar patient populations
• New hires must have a BSN degree or must agree in writing to obtain their BSN within five years
