- 5 years of Behavioral Health experience strongly preferred
- Board Certified as a PMHNP

A typical day may include:
- Deliver comprehensive care to patients across all age groups.
- Conduct level of care assessments and evaluations, manage acute care transition clinics, and provide follow-up for outpatient visits.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrist, subspecialists, behavioral health therapist, case managers, and nursing staff.
- Utilize EPIC for efficient documentation, care coordination, and tracking quality metrics.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives.
- Receive support from centralized administrative and clinical infrastructure for scheduling, billing, and referral management.
- Provide direct patient care and document interactions in the Epic EMR system.
- Support community health initiatives through active involvement and collaboration.
