Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement patient care; educate patients and families on disease processes, procedures and medications; and address various patient needs, including, but not limited to, IVs, PICC lines, lab draws, wound care, trachs, G/J tubes, Foley caths and medication administration.
• Build satisfying one-on-one, long-term relationships and witness positive outcomes as patients regain health and increase independence.

• One year of acute care experience.
• Current RN state licensure.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to travel for in‑home patient visits.
• Exceptional time‑management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Home healthcare/case management experience preferred.
