Registered Nurse RN – $10,000 Sign On Bonus for MIDNIGHTS (Mayville, MI)

• Starting wage: $33.15 per hour for Registered Nurse
• Plus $5.00 shift premium for nights.

• 12-hour shifts – all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays.
• Full time or part time positions available – nights 6P – 6A.

• Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well-being of patients.
• Oversee the Nurse's Aide team – give direction & assignments, offer training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Michigan and current CPR certification.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or higher.
• High level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care, and solve difficult problems concerning well-being.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care.
• Team player, dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
