Responsibilities 5A is a fast-paced unit with 32 acute care beds. We specialize in adult Orthopaedic procedures, traumatic injuries including burn, along with acute and moderate care surgical patients. The surgical patient population can include general surgery, urology, colorectal, neurosurgery, otolaryngology and more.

Our unit is a great platform for beginning your nursing career. We are proud of our strong nursing staff, robust Unit Based Committee, and the actions to streamline patient care through our Workload Committee. Our unit is a great place to build time-management skills, as well as develop clinical knowledge and communication skills.

Required Qualifications Current Michigan RN license   Six months or greater hospital RN experience

Hourly range for Registered Nurses $41.78-$64.81/ hour      Evening Shift Differential-$3.00 / hour      Night Shift Differential- $4.00 / hour      Day Shift Weekend Differential- $2.90 / hour      Evening Shift Weekend Differential- $5.90 / hour      Night Shift Weekend Differential- $6.90 / hour      Charge Nurse Differential- $1.00 / hour
