• Starting wage $19.15 per hour
• PLUS $3.40 per hour Hero Pay
• Afternoons: $0.75 per hour shift premium

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors; use kind words and encouragement to create a positive, healthy environment.
• Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans: bathing, skin care, preventative care, morning & evening mouth care, shaving, dressing, and other activities of daily living.
• Record and document nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
• Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies by encouraging and promoting continued well‑being.
• Observe and report, as needed, significant changes in routine or condition to the nursing team.

• Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant training program with current certification (CNA) required by the State of Michigan.
• Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
