On Call Hospice Nurses Needed!

7 days on - 7 days off shifts available

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding position as an on-call Hospice On Call Nurse
? We are searching for compassionate, dynamic, energetic, organized and efficient professionals with hospice experience to become part of our Hospice Family servicing the Macomb, Oakland and Wayne County areas
.

• Triage patient calls
• Make patient visits, perform tuck-ins, and handle admissions as needed
• Participate in field visits daily and weekly office meetings as indicated
• Adapt to patient status and needs on an on-call basis

• Current Michigan RN license in good standing
• 1 year hospice experience preferred but not required
• Empathetic approach to patients and caregivers
• Ability to adapt to patient status and needs on an on-call basis
