Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in Mayfield, MI and surrounding areas. You will provide direct patient care for infusion therapy at home or alternate sites, with duties spanning assessment, education, and care coordination.
Must have an active Michigan RN license, BSN preferred, and be willing to participate in a rotating on-call schedule; prior infusion experience is a plus.
