Restorix Health is seeking a Wound Care Registered Nurse to join our team. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the Nursing Process, collaborating with disciplines on the unit and ensuring timely physician order execution.
Training will be provided to support success in wound care duties. Our RN will educate patients and families on wound care, monitor for condition changes, and prioritize actions based on acuity and desired outcomes.
