M-F, 7:30a-4p.On-call rotation: one weekend every 7 weeks. Must be able to report to the hospital within 30 minutes while on call.

As an Outpatient Surgery Registered Nurse, you'll provide exceptional care before, during, and after procedures while helping patients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their surgical experience.

What You'll DoAs an Outpatient Surgery RN, you'll coordinate and deliver high-quality nursing care throughout the surgical  this role, you will:

Assess and prepare patients for surgical procedures

Coordinate patient care before and after surgery

Administer medications and treatments safely

Monitor patient status and responses to care Educate patients and families regarding procedures and recovery

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and clinical teams

Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Support quality, safety, and infection prevention initiatives

Assist with discharge planning and patient education

Promote positive surgical outcomes and patient experiences

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications Current RN licensure

Current BLS certification

Strong clinical assessment skills

Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Commitment to patient-centered care Preferred Qualities Ambulatory surgery experience

Perioperative nursing experience

Strong critical thinking skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Ability to respond quickly to patient care needs

Ability to perform nursing duties throughout the workday

Education, Certifications & Licensure Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Current RN licensure

Current BLS certification

Additional certifications required by department or specialty
