About the role
* As a Seasonal Home Care Specialist (Pest Control Technician), you will be the frontline hero keeping our community’s homes pest‑free during our busiest season. This is a route‑based position ideal for those seeking entry‑level general labor or field service experience. You will join a high‑energy team that values independence, where you will lead your daily operations in the field while receiving full support from our management team.

- $ 18 - 19 Per Hour
- Maximize your income: Take advantage of abundant overtime (40-50+ hours per week expected)
- Bonus Potential: Up to $750 per month based on performance KPIs and upsells.
- Inspect & Treat: Conduct detailed inspections of residential properties and apply targeted pest control solutions safely.
- Document: Record pest activity and treatment details after each appointment.
- Safety First: Adhere to all product labels and state regulations to ensure safe and compliant practices.
- Customer Service: Be the friendly face our customers trust to solve their problems.
- Equipment Care: Keep your company vehicle and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (3+ years driving experience).
- Comfortable working outdoors and entering residential homes.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and operate equipment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Experience in pest control is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!
