Are you a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people find their ideal home? We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Apartment Leasing Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our property, responsible for creating a positive first impression and ensuring a smooth leasing process for our prospective tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet prospective residents, provide tours of the community, and highlight the features and benefits of the property.
  • Build strong relationships with potential and current residents, maintaining a friendly and professional manner at all times.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the property’s amenities, floor plans, and availability to effectively address inquiries and requests.
  • Assist applicants in completing the leasing process, including collecting required documents and conducting background checks.
  • Coordinate with management to ensure all waiting lists are up-to-date and maintained efficiently.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure apartments are move-in ready and meet high standards of cleanliness.
  • Contribute to maintaining a high occupancy rate through effective marketing strategies and excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of all interactions, prospects, and lease agreements in the property management software.
  • Handle tenant concerns and coordinate with the management team to resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse groups of people.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate prospective tenants’ schedules.
  • A positive attitude, with a proactive and problem-solving approach to challenges.
