Job SummaryWe are seeking a Chemist to join our dynamic team and contribute to the research, development, and commercialization of our new and existing advanced coating products. This position offers exposure to a wide range of applications and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our products and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in formulating and testing new paint and coating systems.
- Conduct laboratory experiments to improve product performance.
- Prepare and analyze samples using established test methods and SOPs.
- Set up and maintain laboratory equipment for testing and development.
- Document and summarize experimental data for team review.
- Communicate findings clearly with team members, highlighting unexpected results.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment.
- Support the development of new product ideas through research and experimentation.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Self‑motivated with a proactive, “get‑it‑done” mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or a related field.
- Laboratory experience preferred but not required; training provided.
- Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and procedures.
- Knowledge of coatings and paints is a plus.
