The Dixboro Project is a sprawling visionary concept in the historic village of Dixboro, Michigan. Our spaces invite you to experience the intersection of world-class dining, transformational hospitality, and abundant nature. The Dixboro House is the restaurant arm of this unique project - carved out of the bones of the original barn structure originally erected in 1880. The century old barn has been restored to feature exposed 140 year old timbers, a gambrel vaulted ceiling and the original stone fireplace, and modern kitchen providing a familiar comfort to our guests.

Our Support Staff play a crucial role in operations at The Dixboro House, aiding servers in prompt delivery and removal of all table needs. The Support Staff maintain appropriate supply levels throughout service while having awareness of the restaurant as a whole. They are an integral part of our Front of House team and assist all other staff while maintaining focus on the guest and a clean, organized restaurant.

Trust and teamwork are essential characteristics for this position.

• Provide strong support to our hosts and servers while providing hospitality to our guests. Maintain running side work.
  Support the service team by keeping supplies in rotation, clearing, and resetting tables.
• Possess awareness and understanding of our menu in its entirety. Ensure timely delivery of food orders and knowledgeably present dishes.
• Have the ability to multitask and prioritize. Approach responsibilities with a sense of urgency.
• Dedicated to exceeding expectations of both Front and Back of House to ensure the highest level of service is consistently provided.
• Assist with Expediting as needed. Prepare the Expeditor station for service and maintain garnishes.
• Oversee ticket times to ensure guests are receiving food quickly, and proper presentation according to our standards.
  Coordinate the pace in the kitchen to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
• Proficiency with our KDS system.
• Effectively communicate with hosts and management.
• Contribute to a positive atmosphere and help create a teamwork-oriented work environment.

• Preferred experience in providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a great team player to serve the team mission and each guest fully.

• High level of personal hygiene and personal presentation.
