We also provide our team members with accommodation, food, laundry services, team shop and other indoor & out activities such as team pool, gym, paddles, tennis, badminton, billiards etc.,

- Demonstrated expertise as a Chef de Cuisine or Senior Sous Chef, with a strong background in Michelin-starred establishments, fine dining, and Asian cuisine
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills, including team training and quality control.
- Exceptional expertise in menu creation, fine dining presentation, and consistency.
- Solid knowledge of food cost control, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Ability to deliver creativity and operational excellence in a luxury Island resort environment.
- Minimum 5 years experience in the same capacity in a similar environment.
- Excellent communication skills & computer literate.
- Formal culinary education or equivalent professional training is required.
