As the face of our brands, you’ll strive to deliver a high-quality guest experience.

• Prepare, bake, and serve world-famous pretzels and cinnamon rolls.
• Greet guests and take orders in a friendly, efficient, and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and stocked workspace.
• Handle transactions and ensure every customer leaves with a smile.

SHIFT LEADERS (Age Requirement: 18+)

Direct the operation in the absence of the GM/Assistant Manager to achieve the highest standards of food quality and service.

• Monitor employee breaks, overtime, and daily scheduling.
• Assist with training new team members and encouraging a positive attitude.
• Oversee cash handling policies, audit paperwork, and complete Daily Cash Reports.
• Ensure the team maintains peak cleanliness and workplace safety.
