Collaborate with the executive pastry chef and culinary team to develop and refine dessert menus and seasonal offerings;
Ensure all baked goods are presented attractively and meet the hotel's standards for taste, texture, and appearance;
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines;
Manage inventory of baking supplies and ingredients, communicating needs to the kitchen management to avoid shortages
