Overview
People's Food Co-op is looking for friendly, responsible and self motivated people! We're seeking a part time with the option of full time (24 - 30 hours per week)
CASHIER who will ensure smooth Front End operations by providing prompt, friendly customer service, checking out customer purchases, accurately handling cash, and otherwise assisting customers. Will also assist in the Grocery and Produce departments assisting with customer service and stocking.
- Provide prompt, friendly customer service at the front end
- Check out customer purchases and accurately handle cash
- Assist customers and support front-end operations
- Assist in the Grocery and Produce departments with customer service and stocking
- Excellent customer service skills
- Cashier experience (this is helpful)
- Weekend availability (this is required)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Good communicator and positive attitude
- Energetic and self-motivated
- Only looking for weekends evenings
