Overview

We are looking for future managers. Domino's is hiring store managers, or as we like to call them, Assistant Managers. Be the second in command of a million-dollar business and grow to become THE boss. This position requires leadership, judgment, math, and the ability to multitask.

This is a part-time, hourly position. You may be asked to help at other locations near your chosen location. You will be working with a company that is fun and flexible, and you will gain work experience you can use for a long time to come.

This position is 4 days per week and some weekends. You choose days or nights.

Day shifts start at 9:00 a.m. and end between 4:00–7:00 p.m. Night shifts start between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. and end about an hour after close, around 1:00 a.m.

• Oversee all aspects of your shift, including People, Operations, Sales, and Profits.
• Ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team. Lead by example so your team can follow your lead.
• Follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.

• Great positive attitude
• High energy
• Prior experience in Domino’s OR prior experience leading people
• 18+ years of age
• Ability to use Outlook / Email services
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good background check
• Eligible to work in the USA
• Must reside near store location
