Position Overview

At Milk Shake Factory, we craft moments of joy through handspun milkshakes and premium chocolates. This role is located in Ann Arbor, MI and offers a fun environment for those who love desserts.

• Shifts scheduled between 11:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
• Training in company culture, customer service, and product knowledge.
• Opportunity to create milkshakes, sundaes, and dipped chocolates for customers.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences.
• Handle customer orders and cash‑handling accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Provide sampling and product recommendations.
• Communicate product benefits, flavors, and specials.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Attention to detail and safety compliance.
• Manual dexterity and good hand‑eye coordination.
• Previous customer service and cash handling experience a plus.
• Availability for flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to walk and stand for up to 4 hours, bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs.

$11.00 – $12.50 per hour.
