Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant; Ann Arbor, MI

Job Summary

Hourly: $16.40/hr + $1,330/mo Targeted Commission. Total Compensation Target: $24.09/hr.

• Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features.
• Provide outstanding customer service during all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up.
• Assist customers in interpreting and clarifying account statements, processing bill payments in store.
• Answer questions about current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade service levels, and process all general service requests.
• Act as a brand ambassador promoting Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of sales products, including competitive information.
• Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and professional store environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to adjust to a full‑time, flexible, variable schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Physical ability to carry and/or lift up to 25‑pound boxes and stand/move continuously.
• Strong communication, customer‑focused, and critical thinking skills.

Base Pay: $16.40/hr total Target Compensation: $24.09/hr (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission). Commission potential above targeted earnings is available for over‑achieving sales performance.

High School Diploma / GED (Required).

Relevant work experience: 2‑5 years in retail or customer service positions.
