Meat Clerk

• Cut meats to customers request using proper cutting equipment.
• Offer product samples to help customers discover new items or products they enquire about.
• Inform customers of meat specials
• Provide customers with fresh/frozen products that they have ordered and the correct portion size. ( or as close as possible to the amount ordered) to prevent shrink.
• Prepare food to company standards.
• Adequately prepare, package, label and inventory ingredients in merchandise.
• Label stock and inventory department.
• Adhere to all food and safety regulations and guidelines.
• Ensure proper temperatures.
• Must be able to preform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodations.
