The main priority of Deli / Bakery associates is to prepare quality products for customers. They engage with customers at the service counter and move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor. Cleaning and maintaining food safety standards are critical to the team’s success.

• Work in the deli, providing front‑line customer service and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
• Help with bakery tasks, including cake decoration, customer orders, and celebrating special occasions.
• Assist in the dry grocery department, helping customers locate items.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, checking temperature control, verifying dates, and disposing of lower quality food.

• Help customers find products.
• Ensure high‑quality products are available across departments.
• Pack ready‑to‑sell products and stock displays.
• Prepare and serve ready‑to‑eat food.
• Assist with cake orders, deli orders, and produce selection.
• Keep area clean, sanitized, and customer‑ready.
