Retail Store Manager - Beyond of Ada

Beyond of Ada is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and create an exceptional shopping experience for every customer. This hands‑on leadership role is responsible for overseeing store performance, managing staff, maintaining merchandising standards, and ensuring operational excellence.

• Lead, coach, and develop store associates.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and foster a welcoming environment.
• Drive sales performance and support achievement of store goals.
• Oversee store opening and closing procedures.
• Manage cash handling, POS transactions, deposits, and daily reconciliation.
• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
• Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and loss prevention efforts.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Support promotions, special events, and seasonal merchandising initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

• Previous retail management or leadership experience required.
• Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to motivate a team and drive results.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with POS systems and basic computer applications.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 25 pounds.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and carrying merchandise.
