Position Summary
Provides member service, maintains the checkout area, resolves member issues and concerns, promotes Sam's Club products and services, provides guidance and support to members regarding self‑service technology, processes member purchases, assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures for different membership and payment types, follows company safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, follows proper procedures for handling merchandise, corrects and reports unsafe situations to facility management, maintains entrance and exit areas, verifies membership cards, assists members with purchasing decisions, locates merchandise, arranges and organizes merchandise, assists members with transporting items, maintains a safe shopping environment, executes emergency response procedures, ensures compliance with company security and safety practices, assists with the training of Member Frontline Services associates on company processes and procedures, teaches new technology and tool functionality, delivers new program rollout training, provides continuous learning and process improvement opportunities, identifies shrink and damages, and manages work assignments and priorities using data, resources, and collaboration.

- Execute emergency response procedures and maintain compliance with security and safety practices.
- Assist in training associates and deliver new technology and program training.
- Identify shrink and damages.
- Prioritize work and collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and partners.
- Retail experience, including operating front‑end equipment (e.g., cash register).
