Retail Associate with Legends Global Merchandise is responsible for creating a legendary game‑day experience for fans, providing high‑quality customer service, and driving sales of merchandise.

• Provide an exciting, positive, and fun environment for our diverse team & fan base
• Greet guests & ascertain their interest, so you may make sales recommendations
• Maintain excellent accuracy when using POS systems
• Demonstrate ownership in cleaning, re‑stocking, & any other tasks assigned by supervisor
• Present merchandise to increase sales with add‑on items
• Describe merchandise features, benefits, and explain use
• Keep current on promotions & sales in our stores, online, and at events
• Maintain inventory, merchandise placement, and accurate counts; assist in inventory
• Continuously increase knowledge of products, facilities, and all events held at the University of Michigan
• Read & implement plan‑ograms
• Assist the store set‑up team with merchandising of event pop‑ups: plan‑ograms, merchandise placement, inventory control, and cleaning
• Merchandising skills a plus

• Prior retail experience with POS systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, and use hands for extended periods
• Reading ability to implement plan‑ograms and inventory sheets
• Knowledge of fan merchandise and retail best practices a plus
