Job Description
Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) at Hillsdale Shopping Centre in San Mateo, CA. Provide inspirational guest experiences in an interactive and vibrant store environment. Position is part‑time.
Responsibilities- Greeting guests, operating the cash register, and maintaining a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner (80%).
- Providing a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and delivering LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards (10%).
- Operating the stockroom: receiving merchandise, maintaining stockroom standards, abiding by safety regulations, and notifying management of potential shortages (10%).
- Delivering inspirational retail experiences built on LEGO® Brand values.
- Communicating effectively with team members and guests, and processing information/merchandise through the register system.
- Working various hours, days, nights and weekends as business needs dictate.
- Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
- May involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
- Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Involves lifting at least 30 lbs.
- Up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day.
- Availability must span at least three days.
- Being scheduled for 25 hours is not required.
Hourly wage range: $19.70 to $20.50, based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. Comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
