Assist the Delicatessen Manager in developing, implementing and coordinating merchandising plans which maximize sales and variety;
Supervise the Delicatessen Associates to ensure labor utilization and departmental objectives;
Assist with receiving, invoicing, pricing, shrink control and inventory to meet gross profit goals;
Ensure health and sanitation programs and safety policies are followed;
Teach, train, and develop other Associates and perform Delicatessen Manager duties as needed
