Teammate Off Field Operations

As a Teammate - Off Field Operations at DICK'S Sporting Goods, you'll create an energetic, athlete-focused experience on the sales floor and at the front end. You'll greet customers, answer product questions, and support off-field categories like fitness, footwear, and apparel while keeping the store clean, organized, and well-stocked. Responsibilities include running the register, handling returns, assisting with inventory, signage, and pricing, and supporting online order pickup and ship-from-store.

You'll work closely with teammates to hit performance goals in a culture that values sports, integrity, inclusivity, and growth, with ongoing training and opportunities to advance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service across the sales floor and front end
• Support off-field categories such as fitness, footwear, and apparel through merchandising and product upkeep
• Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately at the register
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked sales areas and fitting rooms
• Assist with inventory tasks, including tagging, restocking, and price changes
• Set and sign merchandise according to company standards and promotions
• Support online order pickup, ship-from-store, and other omni-channel services
• Collaborate with teammates to meet sales, service, and operational goals
• Uphold loss prevention, safety, and company policy standards
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to improve product and sport knowledge
