The Frozen Buyer is responsible for leading the purchasing, inventory management, and merchandising of the Frozen Foods department at Plum Market. This role ensures the frozen aisle, freezers, case stacks, and related displays are consistently full, organized, and aligned with Customer expectations. The Frozen Buyer is accountable for meeting sales goals, purchase budgets, and margin targets while maintaining pricing accuracy, rotation, and shrink control.

They support a seamless Customer experience through excellent service, consistent communication, and strong product knowledge.

• 6+ months experience in retail grocery, buying, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of frozen, dairy, and dry grocery categories.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Apps and the ability to adapt and learn new software solutions
