The Assistant Floral Manager supports the day-to-day operations of the Floral, Candy & Gift department at Plum Market. This role works closely with the Floral Manager to ensure proper product rotation, merchandising execution, seasonal display set-ups, and high-quality Customer Service. The Assistant Manager also helps train new Team Members, maintain an organized backroom, and process all department deliveries. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone passionate about flowers and visual merchandising, eager to support department growth and team success.

• You have experience working with floral products and understand buying habits, care techniques, and basic floral design.
• You enjoy delivering excellent Customer Service and working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• You are organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.

• A passion for flowers and a strong interest in floral merchandising and design.
