• Drive revenue growth across existing applications and new markets
• Build strong relationships with architects, suppliers, and key decision makers
• Act as the voice of the customer to guide product development and strategy
• Set sales goals, target accounts, quotas, and KPIs
• Lead product and service launches from a commercial standpoint
• Provide consultative, technical support to customers and internal teams
• Identify market trends, competitive activity, and new product opportunities
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, operations, and leadership
• Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events
• Support product specifications and manage assigned territory

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years of technical B2B sales experience
• Experience working with manufacturers and engineered products
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Solid Works, and FMEA
• Familiarity with Proof of Concept processes
• Strong technical aptitude and presentation skills
• Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented mindset
